Will it work with my phone?

Yes — both iPhone and USB-C Android phones. See below for cable details.

How much will it charge my phone?

The 3500 mAh battery gives most modern smartphones a full charge from empty, or close to it. Smaller phones (iPhone SE, iPhone 13 mini) will get a complete top-up with a little left over. Larger phones with bigger batteries (iPhone Pro Max models, Galaxy Ultras) will typically get to around 75–90%, which is more than enough to get you through the rest of the day.

Which phones does it work with?

Both iPhone and USB-C Android phones. The TravelCard Plus comes in two versions — one with a built-in Apple MFi-certified Lightning cable for iPhones (5 through 14 and earlier USB-C-free iPhones), and one with a built-in USB-C cable for newer iPhones (15, 16, 17 series) and all USB-C Android phones (Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, and others).

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States from our fulfillment partner stateside.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders ship within one business day and arrive in 3–5 business days via standard shipping. If you have a rush delivery required or special order, reach out to support@travelcardcharger.com.

Is the TravelCard TSA Friendly?

Yes. The TravelCard Plus is well under the FAA limit for lithium-ion batteries in carry-on luggage

What does the Warranty cover?

Every TravelCard Plus comes with a two-year unconditional warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, or performance. If your charger stops working the way it should within two years of when you received it, we'll repair or replace it.

How do I contact support?
How do I know how much battery is left?

Four LED indicator lights on the side of the TravelCard Plus show you battery level at a glance. A short press of the power button lights them up.

Can I use it to charge other devices?

You can charge most small USB-powered devices — AirPods, earbuds, smartwatches, e-readers — and it'll add some battery to an iPad in a pinch. Tablets have much larger batteries, so don't expect a full charge.

Are the cables Apple-certified?

Yes. The Lightning version uses an Apple MFi-certified cable, which means it's been tested and approved by Apple for use with iPhones.

How long will it hold its charge sitting in my wallet?

The TravelCard Plus holds its charge for months at a time when unused, so you can stash it and trust it'll be ready when you need it. We still recommend topping it off every few months just to keep the battery healthy.
