Returns & Limited Warranty

This policy applies to TravelCard products purchased directly from travelcardcharger.com or from a TravelCard authorized seller. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied. This policy has two parts: a 60-day exchange window for change-of-mind purchases, and a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

1. 60-Day Exchange Window

If you change your mind, you may request an exchange or store credit within 60 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In new, unused condition;
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories and inserts; and
  • Free of damage, wear, or signs of use.

How it works:

Start your return through our online returns portal at https://www.travelcardcharger.com/apps/returns. Returns must be initiated through the portal; items shipped back without an authorized return will not be processed.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue an exchange for the product of your choice or store credit toward a future purchase. Store credit is issued within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind exchanges and may be deducted from your store credit, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% to items that are not returned in new, resaleable condition, or to deny an exchange entirely for items that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete.
  • Final sale items — including gift cards, clearance items, and any product marked "final sale" — are not eligible for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges, limit exchanges, or decline future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or a pattern of excessive returns.

Wrong item, or damaged in transit? This is not a change-of-mind return — please contact us at support@travelcardcharger.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

TravelCard warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

This is a LIMITED warranty.

Coverage:

  • This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • It applies only to products purchased from travelcardcharger.com or a TravelCard authorized seller. Valid proof of purchase is required. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, marketplaces, or obtained secondhand are not covered.

Our remedy: If a valid defect is confirmed, TravelCard will, at its sole option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product (which may be a factory-refurbished unit), or issue store credit. We may require that the defective unit be returned to us; a prepaid return label will be provided for confirmed warranty claims.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal reduction in battery capacity, runtime, or performance over time. (Diminished capacity with use and age is normal for lithium-ion batteries and is not a defect.)
  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, or dents that do not affect function.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, mishandling, dropping, or crushing.
  • Damage from exposure to liquid, moisture, sand, extreme temperatures, or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by use with incompatible, damaged, or non-compliant cables, chargers, devices, or accessories.
  • Damage from power surges or improper electrical supply.
  • Products that have been opened, modified, disassembled, tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than TravelCard or its authorized service provider.
  • Products with altered, defaced, or removed identifying marks or serial numbers.
  • Loss or theft.

How to make a warranty claim: Submit a claim through our returns portal at https://www.travelcardcharger.com/apps/returns or email support@travelcardcharger.com. Please include your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.

3. Battery Safety

TravelCard products contain rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Use only as directed. Do not puncture, crush, incinerate, submerge, short-circuit, or expose the product to fire or extreme heat. Discontinue use if the product becomes damaged, swollen, or excessively hot, and contact us. Misuse may void this warranty and create a safety hazard.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The 1-year limited warranty above is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by TravelCard and replaces all other express warranties.
  • Any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the period of this limited warranty.
  • TravelCard shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use its products. TravelCard's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. TravelCard reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
